dc.description.abstract | 心靈環保運動是法鼓山聖嚴法師社會實踐的主軸,強調淨化人心、淨化社會,讓人人過著健康、快樂的生活,以實現法鼓山「提昇人的品質,建設人間淨土」的理念。研究者依據聖嚴法師對於心靈環保的闡釋,整理出心靈環保的操作性定義,並檢視學校公民生活教育課程內容後,將兩者比較篩選出相類似的概念,以確認出青少年已接觸過的心靈環保內容,以此編列出青少年心靈環保認知量表。接著進一步探討其與青少年人際關係與心理健康的關聯度,檢驗青少年對於心靈環保的認知深淺,與青少年人際關係和心理健康好壞程度有何關聯?
本研究的工具有三:「心靈環保認知程度量表」、「青少年人際關係量表」以及「心理健康量表」。收集367名青少年問卷後以描述統計、變異數分析、. 皮爾森積差相關與多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。主要研究結果如下:
1.青少年不同年齡區間在心靈環保認知程度與心理健康上有顯著差異。
2.心靈環保認知程度各向度因素(個人品格、需求、問題等三因素)與人際關係各向度因素(同儕、家庭、師生等三因素)皆呈顯著正相關,其中以家庭關係因素與心靈環保認知程度最相關。
3.心靈環保認知程度各向度因素與心理健康皆呈顯著正相關。
4.人際關係各向度因素與心理健康皆呈顯著正相關。
5.心靈環保認知程度對心理健康之預測分析呈顯著。
6.人際關係對心理健康之預測分析呈顯著。
7.心靈環保認知程度透過人際關係為部分中介間接影響心理健康。
由上述結果可知,青少年心靈環保認知程度愈高,其心理健康的程度也就愈高。希望以此結論能夠說服教育單位在校園內共同推展心靈環保運動,以對學生心理健康有所裨益。 | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The “Environmental Protection of the Mind” movement is the main axis of Master Shengyen's social practice. It emphasizes the purification of people's hearts and the purification of society, so that people can lead healthy and happy lives. In this way, the concept of Dharma Drum Moutain, uplifting the character of humanity and building a pure land on earth, is realized. Based on Master Shengyen's interpretation of “Environmental Protection of the Mind”, the author sorts out the operational definition of it. Then the author compares the defintion with the contents of school civic education curriculum and selects similar concepts each other. As a result, the teenagers will be able to identify the meaning of the selected contents of “Environmental Protection of the Mind”. Finally, the author can develop the scale of “Environmental Protection of the Mind” awareness for teenagers. By exploring the relationship between the interpersonal relationship and mental health of adolescents, it is tested whether adolescents’ scale of “Environmental Protection of the Mind” awareness can be connected to the level of interpersonal relationship and mental health of adolescents.
There are three research tools: “Environmental Protection of the Mind” awareness Scale, Adolescent Interpersonal Relationship Scale and Mental Health Scale. The data obtained from 373 teenagers are hypothesis tested by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, variance analysis, Pearson product difference correlation and multiple regression analysis. The research results are as follows:
1. There are significant differences in the degree of “Environmental Protection of the Mind” awareness and mental health among the teenagers in different age ranges.
2. There is a significant positive correlation between the various factors of “Environmental Protection of the Mind” awareness (personal character, needs, and problems) and the various factors of interpersonal relationship (peer, family, teacher -student). Among them, family factors and “Environmental Protection of the Mind” awareness is the most relevant.
3. All factors of “Environmental Protection of the Mind” awareness are significantly positively correlated with mental health.
4. All factors of interpersonal relationship are significantly positively correlated with mental health.
5. The degree of “Environmental Protection of the Mind” awareness can effectively predict mental health.
6. The interpersonal relationship can effectively predict mental health.
7. The degree of “Environmental Protection of the Mind” awareness indirectly affects mental health through interpersonal relationships as mediation variable.
From the above research results, it can conclude that the higher adolescents’ “Environmental Protection of the Mind” awareness, the higher their mental health. Therefore, it is hoped that this conclusion can persuade the educational authorities to jointly promote the “Environmental Protection of the Mind” movement on campus, so as to benefit the students' mental health. | en_US |
