研究者最初以手工藝刻觀音結合禪修的方法作為修行入門之道,後來接觸到 自我敘說和薩提爾家庭治療的課程、工作坊,從中看見佛法於生命深處的流動,也重新理解與父親之間的關係後,始提起勇氣面對過往的生命故事,探究研究者的童 年記憶與冰山,並學習著接納不完美的自己。更可貴的是,在這個過程中,研究者 的主體性慢慢形成,也因此開始「看見」他人。
本研究的最後為整合分析研究者在觀音刻章和自我敘說兩條道路上,刻章工 藝如何受自我敘說影響而產生風格變化、自我敘說又因刻章工藝得以更向前推進。 研究者從外在事件、生命故事,探索到內在的期待和渴望,藉由不同的他者(媽媽、 爸爸、爺爺、師長......、高僧傳、觀音菩薩)漸次開啟心中的寶山──慈悲與智慧, 最後回到自己,體悟到我就是菩薩,每個人都可以成為菩薩;我可以開啟自己心中的寶山,每個人也都可開啟自心的寶山。 This thesis is to do the research on the transforming process of the researcher’s life by Guanyin carving and self-narrative. In the beginning, the researcher tries to get the access to spiritual practice by combining Guanyin carving with Meditation. Later on, the researcher attends self- narrative and Stair Family Therapy workshops and during this period of time, the researcher finds out the existence of Buddhism in our daily lives. The researcher tries to face what had happened in the past, and accepts the fact that no one is perfect after realizing the relationship with Father. The most important of all, through this process, the researcher gradually opens his mind to others. At last, the research is about how Guanyin carving and self-narrative affect with each other. The researcher gradually finds out compassion and wisdom from the relatives, the teachers, Guanyin and so on by focusing on life stories, expectation and desire. Eventually, the researcher understands that everyone is a Bodhisattva and everyone is able to open his/ her mind and find out compassion and wisdom. |
