dc.description.abstract | 非營利組織華安扶輪社以社會服務專案方式,結合中華育幼機構兒童關懷協 會(簡稱 CCSA),共同合作舉辦「暑期自立少年成長營」之關懷行動。活動主要著重拓展少年視野、學習克服憂慮與壓力、增強人際溝通技巧,以期自立少年 能對自我產生自立之自信心為主軸。 本研究以建構式紮根理論(Grounded theory)的視角,探討自立少年成長營經營十年之歷程與結果,並以2019 年暑期自立少年成長營為例,探討社會支持行 動對自立少年身心所產生的成效,佐以研究者參與十年的教學觀察與個案訪談為輔,從中歸納發現: 壹、社會支持之「關懷行動」應提早介入安置少年的日常生活裡,以補足家 庭失能的部分,並建立少年的自信心,方是「自立」的根本。 貳、第一線社工是幫助安定少年身心、成功翻轉的重要關係人之一。應「愛 屋及烏」並關注第一線社工所面臨的職涯困境,以創造雙贏的效益。 參、非營利組織之間應發揮所長跨界合作,共同創造一條龍的「公益鏈」, 讓社會服務的效益能更臻完善。 肆、 以紮根理論探討非營利組織十年之關懷行動的歷程與結果,祈能提供政 府或相關非營利組織未來在實施自立少年相關政策之參考。 | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The non-profit organization Hua'an Rotary Club cooperated with the Chinese Childrenhome & Shelter Association (“CCSA”) in the form of society service projects to jointly organize the caring service with "Independent Teenage Care Summer Growth Camp". The activities mainly focus on broadening the horizons and visions of teenagers, learning to overcome worries and stress, and enhancing interpersonal communication skills, with a view in hoping teenagers to develop self-confidence as centerpiece. This research applies the perspectives from “Grounded Theory” to explore the process and outcome from working with Independent Teenage Care Program, taking 2019 Summer Growth Camp as example. This study discusses the effectiveness from providing society support actions to independent teenagers, and its impact to their physical and mental health. Supported by researchers who had ten-year participation in observations and case interviews, it is summarized and founded that: 1. The "Caring Action" supported by society should involve early in daily life of the resettlement youths, so that to make up for the dysfunctional part of the family and build up the youths’ self-confidence. This shall be the foundation and core concept of "self-independent". 2. The front-line social worker is one of the important people who help successfully stabilize the youth's body and mind. It is critical to pay attention to the career difficulties faced by front-line social workers in order to create a win-win results. 3. Non-profit organizations should give full play to their strengths in cross-industry cooperation and jointly co-create a “one-stop charity chain", so that the social services and its benefits can be more integrated. 4. Exploring the process and outcome of the ten-year caring action of non-profit organizations based on Grounded Theory, wishing to serve as a reference research study to government or related non-profit organizations in implementing policies related to independent teenagers in the future. | en_US |
