發明創新的社會企業之社會影響力研究-以台灣發明創意產業學會為例

Abstract

發明創新的目的，在於啟發心智、發揮創意、應用發明、突破瓶頸困境，解決人類的憂慮難題與造福人類福祉。尤其當今世界資源日益匱乏，紛亂四起之時，於此之際，唯有建立一個嶄新自足的社會企業，運用發明創新的創意知識(know-how)經驗，作為解決克服難題的方案。研究者透過實務的參與、訪談與相關資料的蒐集，瞭解發明創新的社會企業形成、功能及限制。分析探討台灣發明創意產業學會(TIIIA)之具體個案績效與社會影響。本研究以發明創新、社會企業、社會影響力、台灣發明創意產業學會(TIIIA)為基礎，以四重底線的四個面向作為評估分析主軸，最後討論發明創新的社會企業之社會影響力，及目前所面臨的挑戰與困難。透過問卷調查與訪談所得之研究結果，台灣發明創意產業學會（TIIIA）做為一個以發明創新為啟發的社會企業，在四重底線的社會、經濟、環境、文化層面之下，均有舉足輕重的影響力，最後並針對政府政策、人才培育、國際交流以及社會企業化等四個面向提出相關建議，可作為發明創新相關領域未來發展之參考。

The purpose of invention and innovation is to inspire the mind and brain, use creativity and apply inventions to break through the bottleneck dilemma, solve human worries and problems, and benefit humanity well-being, especially when the world is increasingly lacking in natural resources and in chaos. On this occasion, a brand-new self-contained social enterprise should be established, using know-how experience of invention and innovation as a solution to overcome difficulties and problems. Researchers understand the formation, function, and limitations of invented and innovated social enterprises through practical participation, interviews, and collection of related materials. Analyze and discuss the specific case performance and social impact of the Taiwan Invention & Innovation Industry Association (TIIIA). This research is based on invention and innovation, social enterprises, and social impact as keywords, and uses the four aspects of the Quadruple Bottom Line as the main axis of evaluation and analysis. Finally, the social impact of invention and innovation of social enterprises, as well as the challenges and difficulties currently facing, are discussed. After in-depth interview analysis and comparison, conclusions and suggestions are summarized.
