| dc.description.abstract | 本研究依據行動者網絡理論探究深溝村慢島生活公司，行動者為達擴大友善土地為主體目標，以成立專案組織成為解決問題呈現後，進行各階段動員、徵召之轉譯以強化通過強制通行點的可行性，轉譯的同時也使得行動者取得不同利益賦予，希望最終得以達到行動者主體目標。本研究個案行動者在二十年之間，經過行動者網絡理論之轉譯動員人力，徵召成立組織，為了達成行動者主體目標。專案組織的成立可為整合並集結在地資源之人力、物力、財力、專業技能及經驗共享，而成為解決問題呈現後之執行決策，對應於行動者網絡理論成為重要轉譯點。透過社群網絡之間的整隊、參與、團隊合作，所形成的專案組織，強化要通過各強制通行點的可行性，最終希望可以達到行動者主體目標，而無論是行動者個人生活利益目標或者群體公共利益目標，即「相信友善耕種面積擴大，才能找回自然的生活」，並且得以延續以服務為導向的專案組織目標。
研究結果發現，在深溝村延續的各式轉譯至慢島生活公司成立，呈現出以專案組織的優勢有利於達到行動者主體目標。同時，在此階段的轉譯讓網絡行動者與相關利害關係人，可保有永續與創造未來美好環境的信念。透過行動者主體的共同努力，慢島生活公司所採取專案組織運作，預期可達成公共利益的主體目標「擴大友善土地」。同時，結合公部門計畫資金投入，獲得了多元支持與活絡社區，與逐步營造自然環境的影響力成效。This study explores subject Island Time Enterprise by established various project organizations lure to achieve the main actors’ goal of expanding the friendly land for living among ShenGou Village, and during these problematization and enrolment point of translation they have gained its different interresements from project operations simultaneously. The rural organizations, in this study these actors spent twenty years in mobilizing manpower, and various organizations were enrolled through all the paths of translation as to the Actor-Network Theory. To setup an organization by project which in order to achieve the goals of the actors for the sake of project organization can integrate and consolidate all its possibilities as for human resources, financial resources, professional skills collection as well solid experience sharing. Which for needs of an implementation decision after problematization and becomes an important translation point to correspond to the Actor- Network Theory. Accordingly the project organization formed the strengthens through participation, formation, teamwork, that reinforce the feasibility of passing through from each Obligatory Passage Point, and ultimately to achieve the goal of the actorvist, regardless of whether it is the actor's personal life desired or the public interest of actors’ goal, that is, "To believe that by expanding the land of friendly cultivation, then natural life could be benefit of living ", also approaching to an continuously the service-oriented target for this rural Organization.
The results finding that the various translations continued in ShenGou Village, the project organization established by Island Time Enterprise, has showing that the advantages of this Project Organization are conducive to achieving the goals of actors as well forwarding to be the beneficiary among network and related stakeholders in sustainability and creating a better milieu at this stage of translation. The project organization adopted by Island Time Enterprise is expected to achieve the goal of "expanding friendly land", Meanwhile, through the encourage by subsidy from government, it brought much endorsement in, the subject actors has obtained multiple supports, activated communities, and gradually created the influence as the positive endeavour on retaining natural environment. | en_US |
