作者: | 陳明珠 | 關鍵字: | 社會企業;領導;以人為本商業模式;如新642系統;social enterprise;Leadership;the people-oriented business model;the NU SKIN 642 System | 公開日期: | 六月-2018 | 摘要: | 二十世紀的環境,在一般傳統的行業裡,只要肯努力可以一步一步地升職並賺錢。而在二十一世紀,由於環境變化快速,曾經大紅大紫的行業可能在一夕間倒閉。工作的不安全感與資訊的發達,興起了創業的風潮,許多人成為領導人。但是傳統制度下創業,商場上的廝殺是不會改變的鐵則,怎麼還會具有社會企業精神的領導人出現呢?因此,以人為本之商業模式,小資創業且企業間合作聯盟的共好經濟創業模式越來越為盛行。而在聚集一群人的組織中,人與人之間的尊重和溝通佔有重要的角色,成功的組織團隊需要有專業的知識與實際運作技巧。因此,本研究透過個案研究探討如新642系統之運作方式,融入法鼓山的「心靈環保」理念,讓如新642系統領導者透過平台幫助人、給人機會,且在知福、惜福、培福、種福,成為行善的事業。 Nowadays we live in a very competitive society. Back in the days it was easier to make a fortune with only hard work, now even big companies can easily collapse in one day. Due to the insecurity of being employed, it has been a trend for people to start their own business. In this competitive environment, however, it is unlikely that there will be leaders with social entrepreneurship. Therefore, a business mode based on a human scale, in which small businesses cooperate with large enterprises, has become popular. In this kind of business mode, the mutual respect and communication are important keys and a successful team also needs professional knowledge and practical skills. In this thesis, I will discuss the NU SKIN 642 system and how the leaders or entrepreneurs can utilize it to do something good for the community. |
