華安扶輪社推動家庭關係方案之社會投資報酬分析-以「關愛親長我有話卅畫要說」圖文徵選活動為例

Abstract

本論文以學童成長過程中受家人影響至深，關係著成長後每一個人的價值觀，面對這個社會議題，很多社會組織及教育人士均轉向以家庭為單位的活動形態，華安扶輪社舉辦「關愛親長我有話卅畫要說」圖文徵選活動，已持續六年的活動，為使活動能讓參與的人深入了解活動真正的涵意，本研究是以社會投資報酬（SROI）來探析，當我們將這些結果轉換為具體的數字和貨幣時，我們發現，對於該項目的每一元，創造了4.79元的社會價值。學童是主要受益人，而對家人的關懷存有感恩心，研究並發現老師是相當重要的關係人，本活動老師對學童的家庭關係能進一步了解，而國中、高中生在人格成長階段是實現的人生目標的基礎點，老師借此提早發現學童的家庭問題，潛在的社會不良少年問題也許因此會減少，本活動使用SROI探析，將成為爾後本社重要的管理架構。 現代教育十分重視生命教育課程，而教育工作者使用不同方法來引導，本活動簡單易懂，只在一張A4大小的紙上作業，意義卻不凡，又扶輪社是一個服務性國際組織，擁有龐大的社會資本，可參考本研究方法對服務性活動進行評估，使各項活動影響力發揮更淋漓盡致，與教育人士加強合作，推動生命教育，社會一定會得更溫暖。

In the process of the growth of school children, they are deeply influenced by their families. They are related to the values of everyone after the growth. Facing this social issue, many social organizations and educators have turned to family-based activities. HwaAn Rotary Club held “Love, I have words to say” graphic campaign. The campaign has been conducted for six years. By using Social Return on Investment （SROI）, we converted these outcomes into concrete figures and currency, and discovered that for every dollar inputted into this Project, 4.79 dollar in social value was created. And that, the schoolchild is the main beneficiary, and the family care is grateful. Research also found that the teacher is a very important role in the campaign process. The teacher can further understand the family relationship of the schoolchildren. While the middle school and high school students are at the stage of personality growth, the teacher can find out the family problems of the children early, and the potential social problems of gangster may be reduced. This activity using the SROI as assessment tool become an important management structure of the club. Modern education attaches great importance to life education courses, and different methods are used. The activity is simple and easy to understand. It only works on an A4 size paper but meaning is extraordinary. Rotary Club is an international service organization. With its social capital resources, this research method to evaluate their service activities, can make the influence of various activities more vivid, strengthen cooperation with educators. Society will certainly be warmer.
