Based on this, this study attempts to discuss the small-scale peasant economy with Satoyama Initiative as the development purpose, to promote the development of local industries and tourism and environmental protection. Its purpose is to increase employment opportunities, so as to promote small-scale peasant tourism. In order to achieve this goal, this study chooses Pinglin's, located in remote areas, as the research field to explore how the local community development participants view their own living field, and what kind of development perspective to expect the local sustainable development. It also discusses the acceptance degree of local residents and farmers to the small-scale peasant economy proposed by Satoyama. Therefore, this study discusses the possible impact of local people on the introduction of the spirit of Satoyama into local development through participatory observation and in-depth interviews, and explores the implication of Satoyama Initiative in relevant curriculum activities advocated by community ecology from the perspective of researcher's participation in observation, so as to understand the connection between local residents' values and concepts of Satoyama and the feasibility of developing small-scale peasant economy. Finally, the effect of the planning and influence of the sustainable management of the residents in the water source protection area is taken as the conclusion and suggestion of this study. |
