從權威中蛻變-生命轉化的敘事分析

Abstract

於父母權威的教養之下成長，在掌控與失控之間，如何擺放自己的位置，探 尋摸索，自我轉化的生命敘事分析。論文概以一、權威依附期：服從權威，尋找 安全感。二、權威展演期：權威中主動掌控。三、生命破口期：面對失控的狀態， 自我否定、逃離出走。四、權威轉化期；藉著跑步、學習佛法，調適身心並擴大 視界。五、和解期：與父母及自己的和解，找出新的定位。生命在權威中蛻變， 從自我的戰事中止息，學習與他人和諧同行。Growing up under the authoritarian parenting style, researcher transforms herself and finds her own place by exploring and analyzing her own life stories between control and loss of control. The life narrative is divided into five parts. First, the period of authority dependence: obey parents to seek security. Second, the period of authority demonstration: take the initiative to show authority. Third, the period of life breach: out-of-control state, self-denial and escape. Fourth, the period of transformation: adjust the body and mind and expand the horizon through jogging and practicing Buddhism. Fifth, the period of reconciliation: reconcile with parents and self, and find a new position. Thus, researcher transforms herself through the war of authority, stops struggling within herself and learns to be with others in harmony.
